SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zen Treasure. The following are the terms and conditions that formulate our Shipping Policy as well as instructions on how to track your parcel.

Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from multiple warehouses situated in China as soon as the order is processed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery can take between 7-14 days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control). 

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Zen Treasure is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. 

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at info@zentreasure.co right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How to track your parcel

  1. Wait until you get an email from Zen Treasure, saying that your parcel has been shipped.

  2. On that email, at the top, you will find your order number. Put that number into the tracking form on our tracking page and fill out the boxes, then click to track your shipment.

  3. When the tracking loads, you will find your Cainiao tracking code at the top corner. Put that tracking code into Cainiao.com.

  4. Keep checking back every so often to keep up-to-date on where your parcel is.​

  5. When it says on your order has been handed over to the local courier, go to the tracking page of your order on Cainiao and get the updated tracking code, which should be your new tracking code. Then go to evri.com and enter your new tracking code.

  6. ​Make sure to check on your order every so often, as Evri will give you an update and tell you the time which you should be expecting your parcel. You can change where they will leave the parcel and they will attempt to deliver your parcel a maximum of 3 times. If you miss all three, Zen Treasure will not give a full refund and we will email you discussing your refund. 

  7. Zen Treasure is not responsible for you missing your package. If your package is not delivered, email us and we will aim to help you to the best of our abilities.
